Held at various venues across Southampton this year, including Wide Lane, Jubilee Sports Centre, SUSU (Building 42) and the Watersports Centre, you can show your support on your doorstep.
With over 2000 competitors, this is the largest sporting event in both Athletic Unions’ calendars and a competitive day of sport is guaranteed.
