The University now has an additional legal duty to show that the institution is giving due regard for any steps necessary to prevent members of staff or students being drawn into extremist activity.
The majority of this ‘Prevent’ agenda involves providing information and advice for those who are concerned about vulnerable members of our University community and, to this end, we have assembled some information on the duty and the support that is available.
