With an abundance of services on offer to help you with your careers aspirations, it can often be a little overwhelming when trying to work out which service is best for the specific guidance that you require.
SURecruit is brought by your Students’ Union to help you find paid casual (part-time) work, alongside your studies whilst at the University.
Our office can be found in the Councourse of the Students’ Union, Building 42 on the Highfield Campus.
What exactly do we offer?
- Paid part-time, seasonal, temporary and term-time work for current students
- Paid summer and vacation work for current students
- Paid permanent part time positions suitable for current students
What do we not offer?
- Undergraduate placement schemes e.g. Graduate Placement Programme and Excel placements. These are handled by The Careers and Employability Service at the University
- Volunteer placements for current students. This is managed by the Volunteering Bank at the University
- Temporary job opportunities from within the University campus. This is managed by TempBank at the University
- Positions within the Students’ Union. To be considered for roles within the Students’ Union, you need to apply via our website
