In addition to the drop-in service offered by the Hub, information and resources are available online at Academic Skills. For students looking to prepare themselves for the start of the new academic year in October, there are also self-paced interactive modules available through Skills4Study.
Modules are available for:
- Reading and note making
- Writing
- Critical thinking
- Referencing and plagiarism
- Group work and presentations
Completing the diagnostic test at the beginning of each module will help to identify your individual strengths and weaknesses within academic skills. To get started, visit the Academic Skills and click on the ‘Skills4StudyCampus’ link.
Collections of academic skills books are available to borrow at the following site Libraries:
- Hartley Library
