The programme, which will help us to understand how we deliver professional services, will also allow us to compare information against that of other Universities in the Russell Group. Findings will ultimately inform us of the best practices taking place not only at Southampton, but also at other institutions.

UniForum’s importance lies in the opportunity it affords us to review the strategic implementation of professional services in support of teaching and research.

Taking place over a period of two months (from early August to the end of September 2016), more detailed information will be made available through SUSSED at a later date. All individuals who take part in the programme will be supported whilst they go through the process of gathering information for their area.

Your efforts will be well rewarded as we move forward with a greater understanding of the expectations of people from across the University, and how we can improve professional services in response to these expectations.

The UniForum SharePoint site can be accessed here.
