To claim your free drink you need to collect your drinks token on the day from the registration point (by the Interchange) from midday. There will be a second registration point by Café 38 in the Staff Club open from 14:30. For those who have not registered it’s still possible to claim a free drink, we will just need to take a few details, you’ll also need to produce your staff ID card.

Important information
Don’t forget that in order to claim a complimentary drink, staff must exchange their Eventbrite ticket for a drink token. This can be done from midday on Friday 22 July at Registration Point 1 (by the Interchange) and from 14:30 at Registration Point 2 (by Café 38 in the Staff Club). Please drink responsibly.
- You may travel for free on any Uni-link service throughout the day on Friday 22 July. Please remember your staff ID, as free travel will not be permitted without it.
- Please note photography and filming will be taking place on the day for use in University publications and on our website.
- Food service points will be found at the Central Marquee on the front lawn and the Terrace Restaurant. The Terrace is also the collection point for staff who have informed us of specific dietary requirements.
- Staff may purchase additional drinks on the day and a cash bar will be operational in the Arlott Bar.
