As part of the Roald Dahl 100 national celebrations, Nuffield Southampton Theatres will present the world premiere of a major new musical adaptation of Roald Dahl’s Fantastic Mr Fox this Christmas.
This brand new family show is a playful re-telling of Dahl’s brilliant witty story about the clever Mr Fox outfoxing three greedy farmers.

Fantastic Mr Fox, a flagship production of the Roald Dahl 100 celebrations for the author’s centenary year, has a stellar creative team. Director Maria Aberg (The White Devil, As You Like It, King John, all Royal Shakespeare Company, Hotel, National Theatre), playwright Sam Holcroft (Rules for Living, National Theatre, The Wardrobe, National Theatre Connections) and designer Nuffield Associate Tom Scutt (King Charles III Almeida/West End/Broadway, Wozzeck English National Opera, Constellations, Royal Court/West End/Broadway).
