The Service Effectiveness Survey (SES) is the second part of the UniForum Programme being carried out by Cubane Consulting on behalf of a number of Russell Group universities.
The SES will be launched on Tuesday 8 November and will close at the end of the day on 22 November.
The survey builds on the earlier staff activity collection looking at how support staff spend their time and for which many thanks are given by the University’s UniForum Programme team.
The results of that exercise are currently being evaluated and further information on the outputs will be known towards the end of this year.
Ian Dunn, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Sponsor for the UniForum Programme said:
“It’s essential we have a clear understanding of the effectiveness of our professional services. This is an excellent opportunity to provide feedback on the services you use. The results of the survey will help us to develop future plans to ensure that we continue to provide the best services to support our teaching and research activities”.
You may be asked to participate in the survey, in which case you will be asked to rate a number of services in order of importance and to say how satisfied you are with each of the services. Both academic and professional services colleagues will be invited to provide feedback.
It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and all responses will be anonymous and confidential.
It is important that we get a good response rate, therefore, if you receive the invitation please do take the opportunity to feed in your views.
The survey is taking place concurrently in a number of other Russell Group universities and we will be able to compare results to learn from each other.
More information on the SES can be found on the UniForum website.
