The Hartley Library will begin operating 24 hours a day from today (Monday 7 November) and will remain open until midnight on Friday 16 December.
The University Library has used the overwhelming endorsement of 24 hour opening during term provided by the Student Union referendum in 2015 to plan the pattern for 24 hour opening during this academic session.
There will be 24 weeks of 24 hour opening in this academic session. The Hartley Library will open continuously throughout term time and during the revision and exam periods of both Semesters 1 and 2.
Be sure to balance your work and study time well with exercise, eating, drinking and social activities. Remember, when you leave the Hartley late at night or early in the morning, keep safe and look after yourself.
