With the British Art Show 8 as a backdrop, the upcoming Mobile Symposium event offers people the chance to see the exhibition, as well as attend panel discussions and Q&As with artists, curators and arts leaders from the region.
The symposium, which takes place on Wednesday 30 November from 11:00 – 18:00 at Southampton City Art Gallery, will provide a platform for dialogue on the show, reflecting on both the present and the past British Art Shows in Southampton, making reference to cultural developments in the city.
