With Semester 1 exams just around the corner, it’s time to get ready.
The exam period will start on Monday 16 January 2017 and end on Friday 27 January 2017 (including Saturday 21 January).
The Semester 1 exam timetable has now been published. Please be aware that this is still subject to change under exceptional circumstances.
Individual exam timetables will be published by no later than Thursday 22 December 2016 and can be accessed via your SUSSED account. Your individual timetable shows a definitive time/date and the location and seat number for your exams.
Make sure you know where your exam room/hall is in advance. Have a look at the Examination room plans and Campus map.
If you have a missing exam or have been scheduled onto the wrong exam, you will need to contact the exams team by emailing: [email protected] or alternatively, visiting the team in person at Building 37, Room 2083, or by calling Tel: +44(0) 23 8059 2823.
Please note: if exams are cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances (for instance inclement weather, sudden loss of exam venues) they may be rescheduled to any other day within term time at short notice. You should bear this in mind if you plan to leave the campus as you risk being unable to complete your required assessment. This may mean that you are unable to progress your academic studies. For details of term time please see the Term Dates Calendar.
Read through the instructions for exam candidates to ensure that you know what to do and what to expect. If you require a dictionary during an exam, read the policy regarding dictionary use.
Completing assignments and revising for examinations can be quite a stressful time for students. To help make sure that you’ve got all the help you need, the exams team have compiled a list of support services on offer around the University during the Christmas break, which can be accessed here.
