From 1 January – 31 May all staff within the MSA/TAE/CAO career pathways at levels 4-6 will complete an appraisal reviewing the period from 1 January – 31 December 2016.
In recognition that this is the first year the majority of staff will complete a full online appraisal, HR are offering a one hour open session to refresh your skills and knowledge. This will complement the Appraisal Skills Workshops attended by staff in 2015/2016 and the eLearning available via Blackboard.
This open session is a good opportunity for staff to understand more about the appraisal process and online system including appraisal preparation, objective setting, appraisal ratings, moderation and an overview of the system. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
There are two open sessions as follows:
- Thursday 26 January 11:00 – 12:00
- Monday 24 April 11:00 – 12:00
Both sessions will take place in the Senate Room (4049), Building 37, Highfield Campus. Depending on the number of registrants, additional dates may be added in the future.
