Work has restarted on the site of the University’s new teaching and learning centre.
The University’s enabling works contractor, PTC, is continuing works along Salisbury Road and traffic light management remains in place.
The University also welcomes BAM Construction to site this month, who are undertaking pre-construction activities. They are currently developing their site within the Upper Nuffield East Car Park. The temporary fencing that currently surrounds this car park will be replaced with solid hoarding over the next few weeks.
From Friday 13 January, the path that runs between the Upper Nuffield East car park and Building 67 will be closed. Those who use the bike shelter outside Building 67 will need to access this area via an alternative route. Please take note of diversion signage, which can be accessed here.
You can learn more about the Gower South project by visiting the Building Project’s website.
