High Fliers Research once again demonstrates that graduates from the University continue to be highly sought after by a number of The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers.
The Graduate Market in 2017 report cited Southampton as one of the top 25 universities in the UK to attract the largest number of top graduate recruiters for the 10th consecutive year. Careers and Employability at the University have been working to successfully build and develop strong relationships and have achieved some fantastic outcomes as a result.
The University provided Arup with its biggest footfall in student number during their autumn tour. Newton Europe had their largest engagement to date with an institution and connected with over 650 students during their milk round visit and Rolls-Royce ran their first remote session for students interested in applying to its graduate and placement schemes.
PwC exclusively sponsored the Business and IT and Science Fair and the Careers and Placements Fair which 61 new graduate recruiters attended.
The Careers Service, alongside other key partners across the institution, will continue to nurture relationships with these organisations to increase the opportunities for our students and graduates.
