Professor Snowden is a distinguished engineer with wide international experience of leadership in both academia and industry. Before joining us, he was President and Vice-Chancellor at the University of Surrey from 2005 to 2015 and was knighted in the 2012 New Year’s Honours for services to higher education and engineering.
