Representatives of the Wellcome Trust’s Population Health team will be visiting Southampton General Hospital on Wednesday 15 February. The Wellcome Trust is the world’s largest medical research charity funding research into human and animal health.
The aim of the visit is to provide an opportunity for researchers, working in the area of Population Health, to hear about funding opportunities and engage in a question and answer ‘town hall’ style session about applying to the Wellcome Trust.
There will also be an opportunity for one-to-one sessions for those in the process of making, or planning, an application to a Wellcome Trust Population Health Research scheme.
