The University’s 11th annual Waste Wars event will take place on Wednesday 8 March.
Every year, up to 100 students and staff work together to audit the waste from our campuses and calculate how much we’re recycling.
The data from the event not only tells us how well we’re doing against our recycling goals, but it also helps us develop initiatives to make improvements.
Tickets are going fast, so book now to avoid disappointment.
The University’s Waste Management Plan emphasises the reduction, reuse and recycling of waste on our campuses, and the Facilities department aims to make recycling as easy as possible for both students and staff.
