Has your lecturer, or course team, created a great Blackboard module or other VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) that has helped benefit your studies?
Was the content clear and easy to navigate? Did the site use multimedia in an engaging way? Did it encourage collaboration and/or make you feel supported? Did it provide greater opportunities for feedback?
Nominations are now open for this year’s Blackboard and VLE Awards competition, to identify examples of excellent online courses.
Students may nominate up to three modules that they believe have been particularly innovative or well designed. Each nomination provided by a student will enter them into a prize draw to win a £50.00 Amazon voucher.
Please submit your nominations by clicking here. This Friday 17 March is your last chance to nominate.
Staff are also invited to share what they are doing by submitting a course in the self-nominated category. Further details are available on the Awards homepage by clicking here.
The winning courses will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 11 May.
