Please be assured that there have been no such occurrences at the University of Southampton. However, being aware of what to look out for can help detect and prevent the spread of diseases such as meningitis.

Please contact your doctor to arrange the vaccination, which you are entitled to up to the age of 25. If you are not currently registered with a local GP, please visit the University’s Health Service webpages for information on how to register with the on campus health service.
