Sitting exams can be stressful, but think of everything you’ve already achieved just to get to this point. Remember that, although results on paper are important, the life skills and personal growth you’ve made through your studies and extra-curricular ventures are just as important.
Make sure that you take time to unwind and look after your wellbeing over the exam period. The Union will be holding upcoming events such as Meet the Hearing Dogs on 24 May, and there will be meditation sessions occurring every Wednesday from 15:00 – 16:00 during the exam period in Room 1001, Building 35, Highfield Campus (run by the Buddhist Meditation Society).
