At last week’s All-Staff Address the Vice-Chancellor set out the progress we are making with our ‘Simply better’ strategy and the 10-Year Plan.
Sir Christopher emphasised that for colleagues in Professional Services, this means focusing on “delivering a high quality service in a timely and diligent fashion”.
One source of information which will support Professional Services in achieving their vision will come from the UniForum Programme, a benchmarking exercise which took place last year.
The UniForum results have been communicated to the University Executive Board and Professional Services Leadership Team. The next step is for the information to be provided to the Executive Directors for them to share with their teams.
