New University travel management company selected

Following a robust procurement process, involving representatives of the travel-related stakeholder groups at the University, a supplier has been chosen to provide travel and accommodation booking services.

Chief Operating Officer, Ian Dunn, explains in the video below, why we need a single provider, who has been selected and how they were chosen.

In the next few months, a team from the University will be working with the provider to develop the details of a smooth transition from our current travel-booking arrangements.

The supplier will be running drop-in sessions for you to find out more on the following date:

18 July

09:00-12:00, Room 1067, Building 58

14:00 -16:00, Room 1005, Building 35

28 July

09:00-12:00, Room 1077, Building 6

No booking is necessary, please turn up on the day to find out more.
