Staff and students are invited to participate in a survey about the collective effort needed to tackle some of the global community’s most pressing environmental and sustainability challenges.
Watch the video (you will need your University login and password) to find out more.
Fill in the survey (this will take from between 5 to 15 minutes to complete).
Over several decades, the University has developed a diverse but fragmented portfolio of multi- and inter-disciplinary research, education and enterprise focused on environmental and sustainability issues.
Through a cross-University partnership involving staff from all faculties, and supported by senior management, we are now seeking to:
(1) better integrate the staff and students engaged in these activities;
(2) better showcase these activities, both internally and externally.
The goal is to facilitate a more innovative, stakeholder-engaged and proactive approach to the environment and sustainability, substantially raising our University’s reputation and income.
The cross-University partnership is looking to engage all those working in education, research and enterprise in these areas, who seek to be part of collective, comprehensive and holistic responses to the environment and sustainability challenges of the day.
We would like all staff and students to complete a survey that might take from 5-15 minutes to complete, depending upon your level of engagement with environment and sustainability work. This is an open consultation exercise and we are keen to receive as much information as colleagues are willing to share.
