Leadership and Management Development workshops for line managers on Staffbook

The Leadership and Management Development team are pleased to announce that both the Enabling Change and the Maximising Contribution workshops are now available to book through Staffbook.

These four-hour practical workshops have been designed for line managers and will be running throughout October and November.

Both courses/workshops were developed in response to staff feedback about line management in the Staff Engagement Survey.

Course definition

Enabling Change is designed to strengthen your ability to manage and lead, to effectively enable change with your staff.

Maximising Contribution is designed to support you to have more regular and effective discussions about performance, to enable team members to maximise their contribution.
