Would you like to develop your business acumen by working with a local company or not-for-profit organisation on a genuine business issue?
The Business Innovation Programme provides students with the opportunity to work alongside other students from different degree disciplines and year groups. You will be presented with an issue that your client is facing and you will work together to identify solutions, and present recommendations at the end of the programme.
You will receive professional training to prepare you ahead of the project, as well as support from the Careers and Employability Service and the client throughout the 8-week programme.
The programme runs during Semester 2 and requires around four hours of your time each week. It is a great opportunity for you to gain a high value experience alongside your studies and develop key skills to enhance your CV and employability.
