Come along to the Hands-On Humanities Day for a great mix of interactive exhibits and workshops suitable for all ages. Activities include, a virtual reality tour of a shipwreck, 3D printing, making Anglo-Saxon wind instruments, short story writing and the ‘Future Museum of Now’.
Other highlights this year include a walk on the common, creative writing workshops, art workshops, the Astrodome and our very own mini-supermarket.
Workshops and walks are free to attend and can be pre-booked but don’t worry, there will also be the chance to sign-up on the day. Booking tickets in advance helps to ensure there are enough helpers on hand throughout the day, and most importantly enough tea to go round!
The event will be taking place on Avenue Campus starting at 10.30 and finishing at 16.30 on Saturday 18 November.
