All international travel must now be booked through the University’s new travel management provider – Clarity.
Clarity has been in place for eight weeks and so far more than £555,000 worth of travel has been booked through its systems.
Using a single travel management provider will:
- help the University to identify where colleagues are in the event of an emergency
- help to identify trends in business travel across the University, which will save money
- ensure you are properly supported if your travel arrangements change mid-journey
Clarity specialises in business travel and can also advise on and arrange the visas required for your trips.
