Semester 1 personal exam timetables now available #ExamZen2018

You can now view your personal exam timetable on your SUSSED account: https://sussed.soton.ac.uk/

If you have any issues viewing your timetable, please contact: [email protected]

Your personal timetable will show the time, date and locations for your exams, as well as your seat number. If you have a ‘missing’ exam or have been scheduled on the wrong exam, please don’t worry, all you need to do is contact the Exam Team. You can visit them in person in Room 2083, Building 37 (George Thomas Building), Highfield Campus, call them on Tel: +44 (0)23 8059 2823 or email them at: [email protected]

Please note: if exams are cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances (for instance: extreme weather or sudden loss of exam venues) they may be rescheduled to any other day within term time at short notice. If you are prevented from attending any examination by some urgent cause other than illness, you must inform your student office as soon as possible.

What if I feel ill before my exam?

  • You should not start or continue your exam if you are feeling ill
  • If you’re feeling ill before your exam, you should notify your student office as soon as possible

What if I feel ill during my exam?

  • If you feel ill during your exam, you should attract the attention of an invigilator by raising your hand and explain that you are feeling unwell. You can find more information here.
