Opening to the public today (Tuesday, 9 January), CES is the world-renowned trade show offering the world’s first glimpse of inventions launching from ground-breaking research through demonstrations in Eureka Park, where Southampton’s Future Worlds incubator will lead the UK’s university presence at the Show this year.

Thirty UK startups will exhibit in Eureka Park this month with 10 featured in the Great Britain and Northern Ireland pavilion, supported by the UK Department of International Trade and sponsored by techUK, the trade association for the UK technology industry.

Southampton’s entrepreneurs will give live demonstrations of three featured products at CES 2018: Soton Audio Labs, an immersive 3D audio soundbar; Aura Vision Labs, an artificial intelligence powered video analytics platform and Handy Kanji, an intuitive language app to teach the Japanese writing system.
