The Music Department is excited to announce an employment day for students on Wednesday 14 February.
The programme for the day includes talks and advice from music industry professionals in a range of careers, and will give students the opportunity to find out about more about entering the world of work in the field of music. The guests for the day are all leading practitioners and include a celebrated composer for television and media, a music manager whose clients include PJ Harvey and Nick Cave and a panel of professional musicians who will be talking about setting up in business as freelance music practitioners.
Students will benefit from their experience and advice about how to get into work and where to find employment opportunities. Find the programme here.
Events are held in the Turner Sims Concert Hall and Building 6/1077 from 09:00 to 17:00.
