There are still tickets available for Southampton University Symphony Orchestra’s largest concert of the year at Turner Sims on Sunday 18 March at 15:00.
The Orchestra is 98 years old and comprises some of the best musicians at the University, staff and students alike.
It will be conducted by Susanna Riddell, a cellist at the London Philharmonic Orchestra with special guest Dunja Lavrova, described by The Independent newspaper as “No praise can be too high for violinist Dunja Lavrova. She proves herself on a level of the great fiddlers of the past.”
