The Leadership and Management Development team are offering a number of training opportunities to line managers in April and May 2018.
The below practical workshops, entitled ‘Maximising Contribution’ and ‘Enabling Change’, form part of the Leadership & Management Framework. They have been designed to support managers and enhance their skills when working with change and developing their team members.
Maximising Contribution
- Strengthen your ability to hold regular and effective discussions about staff performance and enable team members to maximise their contribution
- Learn new techniques to support you when setting clear expectations, providing quality feedback and discussing staff performance
- This workshop focuses on many of the key skills required to hold effective appraisal discussions and regular one-to-one meetings
