The Leadership and Management Development team are offering a number of opportunities to line managers in April and May 2018.
Maximising Contribution and Enabling Change are practical workshops which form part of the Leadership and Management Framework. They’ve been designed to support managers and enhance their skills when working with change and developing their team members.

- Learn new techniques to support you when setting clear expectations, providing quality feedback and discussing staff performance
- This workshop focuses on many of the key skills required to hold effective appraisal discussions and regular one-to-one meetings
