We’ve compiled a list of FAQs to help demystify the process of booking graduation tickets.
With applications closing this coming Monday 7 May, if you’ve not booked already you need to be quick! You can book your tickets here.
Q) Should I wait to book tickets for graduation until I know my results?
A) No! Applications for graduation tickets close on Monday 7 May and you need to have reserved yours and any guest(s)’ places by then. Don’t wait to receive your results.
Q) If I apply for tickets to attend graduation, but do not receive my results by the cut off date of 28 June, will this stop me from attending a future graduation ceremony?
A) No! Even if you’ve applied for tickets for this year’s summer graduation and it turns out you have not received your results in time to attend, you will automatically be invited to take part in the next eligible ceremony.
Q) I don’t want to attend this summer’s graduation. What should I do?
A) Please log on to the application system. You can choose to either defer (if you’d like to attend a future graduation ceremony) or graduate in absentia (in the case you do not want to attend graduation at all). If you don’t choose one of these options, it may mean a delay in receiving your certificate. There’s no pressure – whether you’d like to attend graduation or not, just let us know and we can accommodate to suit your preference!
