Participants required: experiences of Polish nationals in the UK

Experiences of Polish Nationals in the UK is a pilot project from the University, led by Dr Sara Benedi Lahuerta and Dr Ingi Iusmen, with the research assistance of Dr Beat Rek and Ms Justyna Jonak.

The project seeks to collect data on the experiences of Polish nationals in Southampton in the periods: 2014-15 and 2016-17.

The findings of the project will shed light on potential issues faced by the Polish community in Southampton and will look into the available instruments at their disposal to address these.

If you are a Polish national aged 18 or over and lived in Southampton between 2014 and 2017, you can contribute to the project by filling the online survey which will take approximately 15 minutes.

You can also participate in the focus groups: to sign up, send an email to [email protected]. Focus groups will last for approximately 40 minutes, and dates will be confirmed soon.

All the online survey participants will enter a prize draw of £100 in cash and focus group participants will receive refreshments and £20 cash compensation.

Participation in entirely voluntary and you have the right to withdraw at any time.
