On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect. GDPR is an EU regulation; repealing the existing Data Protection laws, giving individuals more control over their personal data in the digital age.
In Southampton Connects Staff, we spoke to a small selection of the University’s GDPR Working Group to find out how they have approached this complex ruling.
