The joining window for the University staff voluntary dental plan is open until Friday 29 June, for entry onto the dental plan from 1 July 2018.
There are five levels of cover available, including NHS and private options, so you can choose a cover level that suits you. You can also choose to add your partner and children up to the age of 30 (or aged 25 for orthodontic treatment) to your policy.
What you can claim:
- 100% of NHS charges
- check-ups and hygienist fees
- fillings and root canal treatment
- crowns and bridges
- dental implants (Radiant levels 4 and 5 only)
- accidental injury treatment – including sports injuries
- mouthguards
This year, our dental plan has some new features:
- new online claims submission available from 1 July 2018
- you can now add up to four parents to your policy at an additional cost
- children can now be covered up to age 30 or age 25 for orthodontic treatment
