Line managers are invited to join two practical workshops ‘Maximising Contribution’ and ‘Enabling Change’ in July and August 2018. Book your place on StaffBook.
The workshops are run by the Leadership and Management Development team. They form part of the Leadership and Management Framework which is designed to support managers and enhance their skills when working with change and developing their team members.
These courses have proved to be very popular, so please book your place as soon as possible. The following comments were made by previous attendees:

Maximising Contribution
- Strengthen your ability to hold regular and effective discussions about staff performance and enable team members to maximise their contribution
- Learn new techniques to support you when setting clear expectations, providing quality feedback and discussing staff performance
- This workshop focuses on many of the key skills required to hold effective appraisal discussions and regular one-to-one meetings
