The results of the 2018 National Student Survey (NSS), published today (Friday 27 July), show that our overall satisfaction score of 84% is up on last year and ahead of the sector average.
The results show improvements to the University’s scores at an institutional level across a number of areas where the sector average is in decline.
Our President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir Christopher Snowden said:
“This improvement compared with last year and especially our improved position against many of our competitors, is a further indication that our strategy is working. The hard work of colleagues across the University has led to improvements against last year in 20 of the 27 NSS questions. We should not be complacent though: there is still considerable scope for continued improvement in many areas.”
We will be updating our community with further details regarding the NSS results through SUSSED.
