Maintaining your personal contact details in the University’s Subscribe and HR Dashboard systems will provide the following benefits:
- ensure colleagues can find you – both physically and on internal phone/email directories.
- ensure telephone calls and post are routed correctly (please record your internal extension number as the switchboard cannot transfer to mobiles).
- ensure iSolutions and Estates colleagues can find you when attending a support call.
- ensure you can be contacted in an emergency – by providing a mobile number within the HR Dashboard, colleagues can be contacted via text in any emergency situation – for example, the snow days last year.
