CareTeam is a research project and partnership between the Energy and Climate Change Division at the University, Southampton City Council, and software developers Nquiringminds. The aim of the project is to provide the necessary digital technology to support independent living and help carers support their loved ones more efficiently and effectively.

At the event, attendees will be able to download the CareTeam app, which can be accessed on a smart phone or tablet. CareTeam aims to help adults who currently receive home care to remain independent, comfortable and active, living in their own homes without feeling isolated and unmotivated.

Various local and national organisations, relevant to care will also be present to talk with attendees and provide information. Family and friends who need our care and support are welcomed to attend.
