In anticipation of this year’s promotion process, all staff at level 4 and above on the Education, Research and Enterprise (ERE) pathway and who are considering promotion, are invited to attend a launch event.
The session will take place on:
Friday 28 September 2018 from 11:30 – 13:00
Building 34, Room 3001 (Lecture Theatre), Highfield Campus.
The session will be hosted by Professor Mark Spearing, Vice-President (Research and Enterprise) and is a great opportunity to understand more about the ERE career pathways and assessment criteria, as well as how to prepare an excellent application and learn the details of the process. The event will conclude with a question and answer session to address any specific queries.
In previous years, fewer women have applied for promotion than their male colleagues. We’d like to encourage anybody who feels this might be the right time to apply for promotion, to come along and find out more.
