From 1 October 2018, staff will be able to use the Carry Over Holiday Request on the ServiceNow HR Portal to request to carry over remaining holiday entitlement. Requests will be sent to line managers for approval before being routed to the HR team to update the new holiday year’s entitlement in MyHR.
Staff will be able to make Carry Over requests until the end of October 2018. Approved carry over holiday will be visible in 2018-2019 entitlements by January 2019.
