Earlier this month the Honourable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, Mr. Dipak Misra announced a landmark ruling by Supreme Court of India to decriminalise homosexuality in the country, ending a law that dated back to the colonial era.
The University is delighted to welcome Justice Misra, who will deliver his talk entitled: Emerging Jurisprudence of Constitutional Ethos and Constitutional Morality, shortly before his retirement from his post on 2 October.
