The Confucius Institute open day is taking place on Wednesday 10 October at 5:00pm-7:00pm in Building 38, Hartley Suite. All staff, students and members of the local community are invited to join this exciting celebration!
The event is free and will provide a combination of entertainment such as traditional music and performance, Chinese calligraphy, and an opportunity to observe and practice traditions such as the Chinese tea ceremony.
Among other activities, there will be stalls at the Student’s Union, selling Chinese style accessories with profits going to the Save the Children Fund.
Refreshments will be provided.
