All staff have an opportunity to share how they feel about working at the University, in complete confidence, by filling in the Staff Engagement Survey 2018 running from Wednesday 17 October until Wednesday 7 November.
You will have received an email from the address [email protected]. The email is from ORC International and will include a link to the survey. This link is unique to you, so please do not share it with anyone else.
ORC are an independent survey company which is working with the University to collate and analyse the survey results. The results are totally anonymous. The data is collected and analysed by ORC and nobody at the University will see individual responses. Reports are only provided where more than 10 individuals have responded.

During the survey period we’ll be sharing examples of best practice from some of our faculties and professional services. We’ll be asking our Deans and Chief Operating Officer how the survey results will help them achieve their goals, as well as looking at what’s happened in those areas since the last survey.
