Southampton Business School (SBS) Principal Teaching Fellow in Accounting, Richard Cartwright, has been announced as one of the most influential people with a disability in the UK.
The Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 List, which details the 100 most influential disabled people in the UK on an annual basis, held a reception at the South Bank Centre on Wednesday 17 October to announce which nominees had made it into the Power 100. This year, over 700 nominations were made.

Richard, an award-winning lecturer and Chartered Accountant who serves as a Council Member for the Institute of Chartered Accounting in England and Wales (ICAEW), said:
“It’s an absolute honour to have made The Shaw Trust Power List. It was a great evening meeting some truly fantastic people!”
