Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey so far.
The overall response rate to the Staff Engagement Survey has risen to 45 per cent, however we need further participation in order to reach our target of over 75 per cent. The more participants we hear from, the more meaningful your feedback becomes, providing us all with the understanding we need to take action to improve our working environment.
