Our post room has retained its diamond accreditation in a scheme run by international logistics consulting group Postal & Logistics Consulting Worldwide (PLCWW).
PLCWW took over the process from the Royal Mail, and the accreditation scheme is used by other universities as well as many private businesses, the highest award being diamond.
The award required our post room to meet specific criteria in areas including security, knowledge of services offered, efficiency of processes and, of course, customer service.
Dave Caws, Post & Portering Manager said:
“The retention of the highest award is continued evidence of the hard work and dedication to improvement shown by the whole Post & Portering team.”
