Chief Operating Officer Ian Dunn is delighted to announce that, following a competitive recruitment process, Mal Allerton has been confirmed to the post of Executive Director of iSolutions with immediate effect.
From 1 October 2018, Mal had filled the role of Executive Director of iSolutions and Transformation on an interim basis.

Commenting on his appointment, Mal said:
“It is a privilege to be asked to continue leading the iSolutions Team and deliver digital services to the whole University.
“I am also very much looking forward to working alongside all of my colleagues to support the ongoing delivery of the University’s 10-Year Plan and Strategy.”
Ian added:
“Mal is superbly qualified for the role, with a breadth of experience in his career to call upon.
“I am sure that, with his leadership, we will continue the excellent progress the iSolutions Team is making towards providing a world-leading digital service to our entire University community.”
Mal will also be maintaining a close relationship with the Change Portfolio Office in ensuring the successful delivery of the digital aspects of the 10-Year Plan. He will remain a member of the Professional Services Leadership team, reporting directly to Ian Dunn.
